Stress Reliever!
The weather has been much nicer for the past few weeks although there were still bits of rain over the past few days but that does not stop us from enjoying the outdoor weather. Its the end of June and most of us students will have to face our examination results. Of which definitely none of us wants to see/hear/know about our examination results. This especially goes out to the final year students including myself. STRESSED OVER RESULTS?? THEN ■Drink water, 8 glasses a day. ■Eat fruit and vegetables every day; however I do recommend bananas as they stimulate brain activity. ■Using exercise for stress relief is a good way to keep your body active and healthy. ■Get into the routine of a healthy diet and eating all 3 courses, breakfast, lunch and tea. ■Reduce consumption of sugary products and caffeine. ■Get enough sleep. ■Avoid alcohol, cigarettes and drugs.
