Freezing summer

this year seems the sunshine doesnt shine a lot in summer season. with 21 celcius degree on average in the daylight and 12 celcius degree on average in daynight, seems this year is not a real summer.

I can t find any explanation why this thing happens,maybe its because of global warming effect, maybe its because a regular world temperature circulation. well who knows? but for sure this condition is a rare things happen.
