Holy Guacamole!

Holy Guacamole!
Being a Mexican in the UK, It’s impossible not to be asked whether I know how to prepare a guacamole or not. Well guess what? I do and I will share with you this very easy recipe to prepare your own guacamole. Let me know what you think?
This is what you will need:

3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled (tip: the darker the avocado, the more mature it will be)
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat.
(Tip: let the big seed stay with the avocado mix while you are preparing it, this will help your guacamole be fresh and not black, you can remove the seed once you are serving).
Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated.
Using some spoons or a potato masher add the salt and cumin and mash.
Then, fold in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.
Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice.
Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.

I hope you like my recipe, I would love to hear your comments.
And as we say in Mexico
Buen provecho! J
