The Development Society Christmas Ball 2015

Hello, I am Yoko working as new Japanese Students Ambassador of UEA.
This time, I would like to share my great time last Monday.

Many clubs and societies hold Christmas Balls at the end of the first autum term.

7th December, the development society held a Christmas ball at Revolution de Cuba in Norwich city centre. I am not a member of this society, but anyone has interest can join. In my case, my British friend invited me.

When you enter, the committee members gave us  free drink vouchers (red wine, white wine, beer and soft drink). We opened the cracker with favourite friends and had three course meal at the tables while socialised and watched some students were dancing at the floor.

The autumn of 2015 finishs to the day, Friday December 11th.
It was really great to celebrate Christmas before we separate in winter holidays as many my friends will go home and cannot see each other for a month!

And I would like to appreciate all people who supported me and built relationships by now. This is because 3 months ago I was a bit worried about my life as a University fresher.
However, now I can clearly say I met wonderful people and my UEA life has been quite fulfilling.

I expect more wonderful time in the second spring semester, see you soon everyone!
