Yes, I Would Love Another Glass of Tea !

wrote a book about `Turkish tea and how it is a part of Turkish Culture` in 2010. It could be the most interesting book on Turkish Tea.

Turkish tea can  perceive with the five sense. Firstly, Turkish people serve it in a special cup which is an attractive slim small glass. It is also clear because of the shaped `glass`. When they serve it very hot, you can see the vapor on it especially in cold weather. When you touch the glass this temperature can heat your heart. In addition that when you add sugar and mix it with your small spoon you can hear a specific resonance which you can not hear it anywhere else. There is not doubt on its taste and beautiful smell.

Turkish people growing their tea in the north of  Turkey and distributing to all country. Turkish tea is a part of Turkish culture. You can drink it every hour of the day for many different reason. When they invite you somewhere they are asking for drinking tea together. Although you do not drinking tea it is very important to have at least one with team. Turkish people drink drink tea without milk or any additives except sugar. According to Turkish people the tea which made from `tea bags` is not a real teal. Turkish tea should be brewed. Furthermore, Turkish people called its colour as "rabbit`s blood" which mean neither Turkish tea is black nor green it is "red".

Turkish tea also is the essential drink during break times. It is too hot therefore, people should have time, it is not tolerated being in a hurry while drinking a tea with Turkish people. Turkish people generally drink it with other people which means "meeting for tea or tea for meeting". When they have had enough tea, place the small teaspoon on top of the tea glass. This is a signal that you wish no more please.

Finally, Turkish tea is a way to show their respect to their visitor for Turkish people. Whenever and wherever you go in Turkey do not forget that they have a cup of tea for you.
