Method
Preparation
  1. Thinly slice the onions; cube the tomato and chop up the chicken.
  2. Place a medium sized pan of water on Medium heat and add a pinch of salt. When it starts to boil add the rice until its cooked (8-10 minutes).
  3. Place the non-stick large Frying pan on to medium/Medium high heat. If using regular pan, still place on Medium heat and add a teaspoon of Olive Oil.

Cooking
  1.  In a frying pan on medium heat – fry up the freshly chopped onions (7-9 minutes)
  2. Once the onions are sufficiently golden, add the chicken and fry until it’s cooked through.
  3. When rice is sufficiently cooked, drain it and add it to the pan – whilst lowering the heat slightly as to not burn the rice.
  4. Whilst continually stirring add the frozen peas until piping hot.
  5.  Stir in the chopped tomato – if you want to add a bit of soy sauces, pinch of salt and pepper to season.
  6. Serve up and you’re ready to go!
