Birds!
For my dissertation I will be studying birds caught around the campus of UEA.
It involves early, very COLD mornings.. but this usually also means a beautiful sunrise to follow.
With completely freezing fingers and toes so numb I could barely walk straight, I watched as the experts in the field untangled birds from the nets and began putting little rings on their ankles.
This was my favourite of the morning. It is a Long tailed tit and usually flies around in little family groups. How cute is this little guy!!
I can't wait to go out more and take more pictures!
